Adrien Falcon, originally from the Savoie region of France, began his culinary career after graduating from culinary school in 2003. He gained experience at prestigious establishments in France, including Pierre Gagnaire, Marc Veyrat, Alain Ducasse, and L'Astrance, all with three Michelin stars, where he honed his expertise in wine and fine dining. A finalist in the Meilleur Ouvrier de France Sommelier competition, Adrien’s passion for excellence brought him to New York City, where he served as Wine Director for David Bouley’s acclaimed restaurants. His leadership extended to overseeing operations at celebrated restaurant groups like Il Buco Alimentari, Minetta Tavern, Balthazar, and Morandi. Adrien is recognized for his dedication to creating memorable dining experiences. Now, as founder of Arvine, Adrien is bringing his years of industry expertise to create a modern dining destination in New York City. An à la carte restaurant with French-inspired cuisine, Arvine combines lively energy, creative cocktails, and a dynamic wine list in a relaxed setting for a great night out.
