Executive Chef & Managing Partner

Joe Anthony is a managing partner and executive chef for Arvine restaurant in New York City. As a Delray Beach native and graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute (2003), Joe honed his craft at top South Florida kitchens before moving to NYC in 2009. There, he worked at renowned restaurants like Daniel, Union Square Café, and The Modern, where he first collaborated with Chef Gabriel Kreuther. As a core leader at Restaurant Gabriel Kreuther for 12 years, Joe helped the restaurant achieve accolades such as two Michelin Stars, Relais & Châteaux, and AAA Five Diamond awards. He most recently was the Executive Chef at The Moore in Miami’s Design District, a dynamic space with a restaurant, private club, and boutique hotel. Recognized as a finalist by The Art of Plating in 2019, Joe remains dedicated to continuous self-improvement and skill refinement, embracing growth, collaboration, and adaptability. Guided by the principle that “you are what you eat,” he earned a functional nutrition certification to promote healthier lifestyles. He aims to inspire better eating habits and drive positive environmental change for future generations.
